ENTRY FEES AND REFUNDS
Level 1 - Elite = $140
HUGS = $95
Flat Fee per Athlete (1 event or all)
No fee for coaches.
Entry fees must be paid by check, 1 check per club payable to Fallbrook Gymnastics

Full refund request deadline is December 12th Any refund requests after December 12th will be subject to approval by the Meet Director and must have complete refund documentation provided.

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are subject to approval by the Meet Director.
New athlete added to meet: $50 added to the entry fee.
Previously registered athlete adding additional discipline: $50
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ENTRIES
Corrections to entries after December 12th are subject to a $35 fee per correction.
JUDGES
RULES
Rules from the current JO Code of Points and Elite Code of Points will be used. Click here to order the JO Code of Points and Routines. All age groups are based on the age of the competitor on December 31, 2025.
COACHES & OFFICIALS
Coaches must check in to receive credentials. No coach will be allowed on the floor to coach without a credential. Coaches, judges and officials who are Professional Members will be issued credentials. (No Pending Pro memberships – all aspects of the Pro membership must be complete.)
Only 2 coaches per team will be issued credentials. Requests for additional coaches’ credentials must be approved by the Meet Director.
AWARDS
Awards will be given to the top 10 athletes in each division for levels 1-9. Awards ceremonies will take place after each session.
The top 3 athletes in Level 10-Elite will receive awards. Awards based on placement after finals.
TRAMPOLINE SPOTTERS
Current USA Gymnastics professional members or age and physical size appropriate current athlete members. One spotter is required at each corner, if a throw mat is not utilized. If a throw mat is utilized, one additional spotter must be on the same side that the mat is used.

COMPETITION CARDS
Competition cards will be due at the end of each team’s assigned open training. Competition cards will be considered late if received later than the assigned training session end time. Comp card are linked below.
