Entry & fees

Level 1 – Elite	$140 per athlete, one event or all
HUGS	$95 per athlete
Coaches	No fee · 2 credentials per team
Late entry	+$50 per athlete or added discipline, with Meet Director approval
Spectators	Weekend $45 adult / $40 child · one day $25 / $20 · cash only

Enter online through USA Gymnastics, then mail one check per club, payable to Fallbrook Gymnastics, to [CONFIRM MAILING ADDRESS], and email your registration confirmation.

Hotel

The competition is held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort, so book in the official Mega Meet room block to stay steps from the floor. Book by January 4, 2027 while rooms last.

Meet directives

Who can compete

Current USA Gymnastics athlete members. Age groups use age on December 31, 2027. Current JO and Elite Codes of Points apply.

Athlete gifts

Mega Meet leotard (women) or shorts (men) for athletes registered by December 11. Head coach submits sizes.

Coaches & officials

Must be complete USA Gymnastics Professional Members, no pending memberships. Coaches check in for credentials before coaching on the floor.

Competition cards

Due by the end of your team's assigned open training. Cards after that are late.

Awards

Top 10 per division for Levels 1–9; top 3 for Level 10–Elite after finals. Ceremonies after each session.

Euro competition trampolines, double mini and Skakun rod floor
